The National Jockeys Trust Race Day Luncheon At Royal Randwick - Sydney

The National Jockeys Trust is excited to present a unique opportunity to support jockeys and their families at our annual fundraising Race Day Luncheon. This event will take place at the Australian Turf Club’s Royal Randwick racecourse on Saturday, 24 August 2024, coinciding with Sydney’s Winx Stakes Day.

Hosted by presenter and ex-jockey Bernadette Cooper, the Luncheon offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a day at the races with exceptional entertainment and esteemed guests in Royal Randwick’s luxurious Ballroom.

As one of the National Jockeys Trust's key fundraising events, the Luncheon aims to generate essential funds for our ongoing initiatives supporting jockeys across the country, said National Jockeys Trust CEO Paul Innes OAM. Every contribution, regardless of size, significantly impacts the lives of our jockeys, making a tangible difference in their well-being and future.

The raffle highlights a Nicholas Haywood Jewellery piece alongside enticing prizes like micro shares from MyRacehorse, fashion items, millinery, and autographed Winx merchandise available through silent auction.

Established in 2004, the National Jockeys Trust alleviates financial hardship and provides crucial support to jockeys and their families during times of need. Jockeys’ dedication and bravery are evident in their sport, where they risk injury with each race.

Stay tuned for additional guest and prize announcements on National Jockeys Trust social media channels in the coming weeks.

Tickets for the Luncheon are $270 per person or $2700 for a table of 10. They cover racecourse and event admission, a gourmet three-course meal prepared by ATC’s award-winning chefs, a premium beverage package, a race book, complimentary parking, and more.
